Math Multiply Two is a puzzle game that combines multiplication with memory matching. You get number cards from 1 to 18 and cards showing multiplication expressions. Your goal is to match cards that have the same value. The twist comes from expressions that can look similar while representing odd or even numbers. Solve the sums, match the cards, and test your math memory!

GAMEPLAY RULES AND MECHANICS

In Math Multiply Two, your goal is to clear the entire grid by pairing all numbers with their correct math expressions in as few moves and as quickly as possible.

Card Setup and Layout

  • A face-down grid of memory cards is presented to the player.
  • Half of the cards feature target numerical values (ranging from 1 to 18).
  • The other half features corresponding mathematical operations based on factor-2 multiplication.

Matching Logic

You flip two cards per turn to find a matching pair. Instead of matching identical numbers, you match a target sum with its multiplication expression:

  • Even Numbers: Matched directly via multiplication (e.g., Target 18 pairs with 9x2).
  • Odd Numbers: Matched using factor-2 multiplication with a + 1 offset (e.g., Target 17 pairs with 8x2+1).

Three Difficulty Levels

  • Easy: 2x3 Grid: A small grid with fewer cards, making it a good starting point.
  • Normal: 3x4 Grid: A medium-sized grid that adds more cards and matching pairs.
  • Hard: 4x6 Grid: A larger grid with more cards, creating a bigger memory challenge.
