When a number from 1 to 9 has already been placed the required number of times across the grid, that number is hidden from the available number options. This gives you an extra clue about which numbers you can consider for the remaining empty cells.
Unlike classic Sudoku, the game also allows up to five mistakes during a puzzle. Each incorrect placement counts as one mistake, so careful number selection becomes an important part of the challenge. The goal is to complete the entire grid while staying within the available mistakes.
